This classic from the Gershwin songbook is today's choice as this is my husband's, Mike Boustead, birthday and Embraceable You is his favorite piece I play. The song was composed in 1928 for an unpublished operatta named East Is West. It was later added into the musical Girl Crazy which opened in 1930. Enjoy. David
